Don't Lose Sight- We can Win This Fight

Having you, their father in their life, is your children’s right, its their human right...... No child should be without both parents in their life, EVER.

The Law states that it is a "child’s right" to have a loving and meaningful relationship with BOTH parents.

Women have campaigned for decades for equal rights, to which we whole heartedly agree with, so why not start by giving Fathers the equal rights to being the father that they deserve!

Not all women frustrate access and in fact the majority of women in general are agaianst fathers being denied their childs rights to have regular access.

Don’t give up.
There is light at the end of the tunnel.

TESTIMONIAL

The “Temple” in London is considered one of, if not the most prestigious location’s of London’s top Barristers.

3PB- (Paper Buildings) is one of the office quarters in the Temple square. Stephen Harvey QC, of 3PB Barristers, endorsed paralegal schemes stating. 'Many clients who I work with find the traditional way of working with a solicitor or lawyer as the main supplier of legal services both costly and - often - inefficient,’

Andy DAD (UK)

Good afternoon Darren,

I want to take the time to thank you and the team at Action For Fathers for your assistance with my case surrounding ***** and *******,

Action for Fathers provided a very affordable and professional service. They contacted me promptly and took a personal as well as professional interest in my case.  This helped immensely by providing some emotional support during a difficult time that may not have been given should I have gone through a Solicitors firm.  This emotional support was extended to regular text messaging and telephone calls to update me on what they were working on and to see how I was doing based on what had been happening ( such as checking how court proceedings went and assisting ).

This whole difficult process was made so much more reassuring by my consultant and his careful and considered approach, it made me feel like I had someone on my side to help me through the process rather than someone who was only interested in the cold hard facts, I believe adding in the personal level makes a huge difference and allowed me to feel much more confident.

The fact that my consultant acted so swiftly in completing the paperwork and assisted with getting me into Court so soon showed how much he cared about my case especially having personal experience with this kind of ordeal, he understood my distress with it being so close to Christmas and was instrumental in helping me regain contact with my children. The fact that he has assured me he is there if I need to talk prior to my next hearing is testament to the quality of the service and to the support offered by Action for Fathers.

I highly recommend any Father struggling with Child access issues to use Action For Fathers as not only is the cost kept down, but they make you feel like you are not alone in the situation which can be the difference between being hopeful and fighting for your case and feeling hopeless and that there is no point.

Kind regards,

Andy

"This is a fantastic service, after spending thousands of pounds with solicitors and getting nowhere, I turned to these guys for help. I wish that I had met them sooner, not just for the huge saving of my money, but for the dedication and the support that I received. The kind of support and comfort that money just can’t buy." These guys come highly recommended. I now offer help to others as a member.

PARENTAL ALIENATION

Great Britain is one of the few countries that does not recognise parental alienation as a criminal offence! And we call ourselves dignified?
Our juditional does not reinforce severely enough when a mother breaches a contact order, however the other way around the courts come down on the fathers severely

Action For Fathers looks to get you the fastest results at the least cost and emotional upset as possible to you.

Parental alienation is the process, and the result, of the psychological manipulation of a child into showing unwarranted fear, disrespect or hostility towards a parent or other family members. It is a distinctive form of psychological abuse towards both the child and the rejected family members that occurs almost exclusively in association with family separation or divorce, particularly where legal action is involved. The primary cause is usually that a parent wants to exclude another parent from the life of their child, but other family members or friends, as well as professionals involved with the family (including psychologists, lawyers and judges), may contribute to the process. It often leads to the long-term, or even permanent, estrangement of a child from one parent and other family members and, as a particularly adverse childhood experience, may result in develop behavioral, cognitive, affective, and physical symptoms within the alienated child.

MIKE DAD (SW LONDON)

Like a dream come true. My solicitors told me that I would not get my application heard for 12-16 weeks, however on using one of the consultants at Action For Fathers , they got an emergency application and into court within 1 week. And got me an order to stop my ex taking my children out of the area.

I was quoted £15,000 to get my case solved, but spent just over £2600 with Action For Fathers, I now enjoy regular contact with my children...Thankyou

RUSSELL (COLCHESTER)

I had been stopped from seeing my children and was only allowed access as and when my partner decide that she wanted to give it. She would often stop access as a punishment to me if I didn't give her money and do as she wished, not realising it wasn't just me that she was hurting but the children aswell. I was on the brink of collapse when I was introduced to Darren at a social event and he and the team got on the case. I had spent about £1900 with solicitors who just sent letters back and forth, set up mediation within there company and did not even get me a hearing date. Action for fathers got a hearing withing 5 weeks, which was the first and final hearing, and I spent only £1600 with AFF and got regularised access with my children.
